• Registration fee is free of cost only when the full amount for the Plot is paid within 30 days from booking.

• In case if a customer has paid the full amount for the Plot between 31st day to 60th day, registration fee will not be paid by the company.

• I know that my booked Plot will be cancelled if I have not done the Plot registration within 60 days from the date of my booking and I know that my advance amount will not be refunded in any case. Moreover, I also know that if I am cancelling the Plot within 60 days I know that my advance amount which I have paid to the company will not be refunded to me.
